Oxyzone Pty Ltd expect to ship by either courier or express post all products within 3 to 5 working days. If a delay occurs the customer will be contacted by email or telephone and updated with the expected ship date.
The customer may choose to pick up items using their own freight company by arrangement.
Freight costs are charged at cost.
Freight cost will be advised at the time of ordering an item.
Serviced items are costed at the time a product is returned for repair, the cost will include return shipping unless the customer wishes to use their own freight company.
Freight cost will include GST.
